The Portuguese company registers list Microsilver, Lda (NIF 507731328) at Rua Ponte de Parada 520, Armazém D, in the Águas Santas area of Maia, north of Porto. It is a private limited company with €5,000 of share capital, its main activity is the series production of other outerwear (CAE 14131), and racius holds its annual accounts from 2006 to 2024.
The Nordic link is documented by the customer. Fenix Outdoor’s “List of 100% active supplying partners to Fenix Outdoor Brands” (state April 2026, Tier 1) names Microsilver Unipessoal Lda at the same Maia address as an apparel factory with 57 employees. The listed business partner is Fortiustex, whose own factory, Fortiustex Comércio de Têxteis S.A. at Rua de Recarei 1035 in Leça do Balio (Matosinhos), appears on the same list with 167 employees, alongside a third Fortiustex-linked site, Barroso & Barbosa in Vila Nova de Famalicão (27). In other words, Microsilver makes garments for Fenix brands as a production unit inside the Fortiustex network rather than as a direct vendor.
The April 2026 Fenix Outdoor list has seven Portuguese factory rows, all apparel and all in the textile belt north of Porto: three under Fortiustex, three under the Famalicão group Olmac (Olímpio Miranda, Trapos Loucos, Vestelogios) and one under Leicil. Microsilver is a typical example of how Nordic outdoor labels use Portugal: small, specialised sewing units of 50 to 150 people coordinated by a local trading partner that handles the brand relationship.
