H&M Group’s public supplier list (August 2026 edition, version 1.1) names Somelos Acabamentos Têxteis, S.A., at Rua 25 de Abril 1681, Ronfe (Guimarães), as an in-house (“owned by”) component unit whose supplier of record is Somelos Tecidos S.A., with 3–6 years of business with H&M and a workforce in the 1–500 band.
H&M Group updates its supplier list every quarter and names each factory once. Eight of the 63 Portuguese factory rows on the August 2026 list sit in the 3–6 year band, while 33 rows show less than three years with H&M, so this relationship already predates most of the retailer’s current Portuguese supply base.
