nif.pt lists the company as Fábrica de Calçado Sofisar, Lda. (NIF 502163895, postal code 4650-132 Idães, Felgueiras).
H&M Group’s public supplier list (August 2026 edition, version 1.1) names the factory at Rua da Granja 2008, Felgueiras as a manufacturing unit owned by the supplier (in-house), with footwear and bags & belts as its product types, 3–6 years of business with H&M and a workforce in the 1–500 band.
Sofisar’s website says it was founded in 1989 in Barrosas, Felgueiras, has share capital of €850,000 and exports about 99% of its output, producing for the global market with a focus on Europe.
Footwear is a small slice of H&M Group’s Portuguese sourcing: only six of the 63 Portuguese rows on the August 2026 list make footwear, bags and belts, and three of those six sit in the Felgueiras shoe cluster (Sofisar, Moisés Pinto de Carvalho & Filhos and Rodiro).
