Corridor footprint

Skillaugment is registered in Norway as SKILLAUGMENT, UNIPESSOAL LDA NUF (org. no. 935594456), a Norwegian branch of a foreign company entered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre on 12 June 2025. Its registered activity is software and services for workers in production and logistics, and software development (NACE: computer programming). The branch’s Norwegian representative is Enter Norway Consulting & Legal AS, and its accountant is Enter Norway Accounting AS.

The Portuguese company was founded on 24 March 2020 and is based at the Parque de Ciência e Inovação (PCI) science park in Ílhavo (Racius). Its website describes a focus on Industry 5.0: software that builds manufacturing processes around the needs and skills of human workers, including virtual and augmented reality and machine-learning tools for industrial settings. It takes part in the PRODUTECH R3 mobilising agenda under Portugal’s Recovery and Resilience Plan.

Why this matters

Few Portuguese industrial-software start-ups register a Nordic entity this early. The 2025 Norwegian branch is a formal step toward selling into Norway’s manufacturing and logistics base.
