Quinta do Infantado is a family Port and Douro house at Chanceleiros, near Pinhão, tracing its history to 1816 and run by the Roseira family, with a commercial office in Porto (Rua Pedro Escobar 140A). It sells in both Nordic monopolies: eight lines at Sweden’s Systembolaget via importer BeerDeer AB, and a run of vintage Ports at Norway’s Vinmonopolet led by the Vintage 2007 in the supplementary range (art. 4899102, NOK 455.10) and library magnums of 1997 and 1999.
Quinta do Infantado sits at Chanceleiros, on the north bank of the Douro just downstream of Pinhão, and traces its history to 1816. It has been run for generations by the Roseira family, who were among the first Douro growers to bottle and sell Port under their own estate name rather than through the shippers of Vila Nova de Gaia, and the house still works from the quinta with a commercial office in Porto. The range spans Ruby, Tawny, 10-year-old Tawny, LBV and vintage Ports alongside Douro table wines, with the Reserva Dona Margarida as its flagship red.
Both Nordic monopolies list the house. In Sweden, importer BeerDeer AB carries eight Infantado lines in Systembolaget’s order assortment, including Quinta do Infantado Tawny (article 7040601, SEK 189) and Reserva Dona Margarida (article 7504301, SEK 249), both carrying a 9 September 2026 launch date, plus LBV 2021, Tawny 10, Ruby and Douro table wines (confirmed 12 September 2026). In Norway, Vinmonopolet lists a vertical of the estate’s vintage Ports: the Vintage 2007 in 37.5 cl sits in the supplementary range at NOK 455.10 (article 4899102), while the order range holds the Vintage 1978 at NOK 2,563.90 (article 4899701) and magnums of the 1997 and 1999 at NOK 2,686.20 and 2,349.90 (articles 4899405 and 4899205); a magnum of the 2000 has been discontinued (confirmed 13 September 2026).
Infantado is a small estate rather than a shipper, and its Nordic presence shows the two monopolies playing different roles for a single producer: Sweden takes the everyday Tawny, Ruby and table-wine range through a young importer, while Norway’s order range acts as a cellar for library vintages that would otherwise sell only to collectors. For estate-bottled Port producers, that split — volume lines in Systembolaget, aged stock in Vinmonopolet — is a template worth copying.
