Prats & Symington Lda (NIF 504882341), registered at Quinta de Roriz, 5130-114 Ervedosa do Douro, São João da Pesqueira, is the 1999 partnership between the Symington family of the Douro and the Prats family of Bordeaux, created to make elegant Douro DOC red wines rather than port. Its flagship Chryseia is made at the Quinta de Roriz winery from Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grown on the company’s two Cima Corgo estates, Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz. In Sweden, Systembolaget lists Chryseia 2022 (art. 7108601, SEK 849) and Prazo de Roriz 2021 (art. 7544901, SEK 179) in the order range since October 2024, both imported by Ward Wines AB.
