Malmö-based climate-tech seed fund that co-led the €3.2 million seed round of Lisbon’s Pollen in May 2026 — the battery-swapping network for electric mopeds and motorcycles founded by former Uber Portugal executive Rui Bento — alongside Mustard Seed MAZE.
Pale Blue Dot’s first disclosed Portuguese position is Pollen, S.A., the Lisbon company building automated battery-swap stations and a universal battery pack for electric two-wheelers. The round was co-led with Lisbon-based Mustard Seed MAZE, with Kfund, Bynd Venture Capital, Masia and 4P Capital participating.
The fund invests across Europe and the US at seed stage and is among the most active dedicated climate funds in the Nordics.
