Nordea Asset Management is the asset-management business of Nordea, the largest universal bank in the Nordic region. Its Portuguese office sits in the Quinta da Fonte business park in Paço de Arcos, the same Oeiras cluster that hosts a significant share of international finance and technology operations serving the Lisbon metro area.
While Nordea has retrenched its banking footprint to its Nordic home markets, its asset-management arm maintains pan-European wholesale and institutional distribution — and Portugal is part of that map. The Paço de Arcos office is one of the few direct Nordic financial-services footprints in Portugal aimed at Portuguese and Iberian fund distribution rather than back-office work.
