Supply Chain Magazine reported on 14 July 2026 that Lyngsoe had made a strategic investment in CodeOne, a Portuguese technology company with a strong market position in Portugal and Spain in software that optimises logistics and operational workflows. Under the agreement CodeOne continues to operate under its current brand and management structure. Michael Vistisen, CEO Logistics at Lyngsoe, said the investment strengthens the group's ability to support customers locally in southern Europe; CodeOne CEO Carlos Figueiredo described joining a stronger international structure as an exciting next step for the company.
