The acquisition was reported on 17 December 2025 by ECO (“Suecos da Kreab Worldwide compram o grupo JLM&A”), Jornal de Negócios and Jornal Económico, which described it as Kreab Worldwide’s entry into Portugal, Angola and Mozambique. Kreab’s own website now lists a Lisbon office.
