JumpYard, the Swedish trampoline- and activity-park group that opened its first park in Stockholm in 2017, chose Alfragide in Greater Lisbon for its first site in Iberia, operated through JumpYard Portugal, Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda.
JumpYard Portugal, Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda is registered in Portugal and listed in the Luso-Swedish Chamber of Commerce’s catalogue of Swedish investments. The company announced Lisbon as its first Iberian location, opening a large indoor park in Alfragide, on the capital’s western edge — the retail-and-leisure belt that also hosts IKEA and major shopping centres.
The group, which began with a single Stockholm park in 2017, has expanded across European markets with a format combining trampolines, climbing, ninja courses and other active-entertainment attractions aimed at families and groups.
Nordic experience-economy brands are a newer wave of corridor entrants: consumer concepts proven in Stockholm arriving in Lisbon’s retail belt, choosing Portugal as the gateway for all of Iberia.
