Retail-technology company from Greater Porto behind Seeplus, an order-fulfilment platform for quick commerce, click-and-collect and instant delivery. It registered a Norwegian branch (NUF, org. no. 927798468) in the Brønnøysund register in December 2021.
nif.pt lists the company as Inovretail, S.A. (NIF 509572200, postal code 4470-177 Maia). Its website presents Seeplus by Inovretail as an order-fulfilment system that plugs into a retailer’s e-commerce platform to pick, pack and deliver online orders in 30 minutes. Other product lines on the site cover data and analytics, quick-commerce solutions, click-and-collect lockers and instant delivery.
Two records in Norway’s Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities (Enhetsregisteret) are dated 8 December 2021. One is a foreign-entity record for Inovretail, S.A. (org. no. 928303896). It gives a founding date of 22 September 2010, the website www.inovretail.com and a postal address at Lugar do Espido, Via Norte, Maia. The other is a Norwegian branch (NUF, org. no. 927798468), registered under the misspelt name “Inovreatail, S.A.” with the same Porto business address (Rua Júlio de Matos 828/882) and a Norwegian postal address care of Ernst & Young Tax AS in Oslo. The branch is registered under NACE 71.129, other technical consultancy. Its stated purpose is developing innovative technology solutions for retail, plus payroll reporting.
As of October 2026 the register shows the branch as active, with no bankruptcy or winding-up recorded. It is not in the Norwegian VAT register and reports no employee count. The register does not name any Norwegian retail customers.
A NUF is how a foreign company registers to work in Norway under its own name. Inovretail has kept its Norwegian branch on file since late 2021, and payroll reporting is one of the branch’s stated purposes.
