EVA Global is a Finnish managed-services provider focused entirely on the EV-charging ecosystem — running 24/7 driver-side and operator-side technical support for charge-point operators across Europe. The company opened its Lisbon contact-support centre in June 2022 at Rua Alexandre Herculano in central Lisbon, with an initial 1,000 m² service area scalable to a capacity of roughly 250 employees. The Lisbon centre houses the company’s EVA Assists and EVA Assures support teams.
In parallel, EVA Global operates a data centre in Porto that monitors charging infrastructure, optimises network performance and extends the company’s observability capabilities. Together, Lisbon and Porto form EVA Global’s primary southern-European operating hub, with engineering and customer-support hiring rooted in the Iberian talent pool.
EVA Global is one of the clearer examples of a Finnish operator using Portugal as its southern-European service-delivery hub. The Lisbon centre is positioned to support EV-charging clients across multiple European markets, and the Porto data-centre footprint extends EVA’s technical resilience — making this one of the more concrete Finland → Portugal cross-border operational footprints in the e-mobility stack.
