Corridor footprint

Stockholm real-estate investor applying a private-equity, value-add approach across Europe (Europi Property Group AB (publ), org. no. 559207-9692, Västra Trädgårdsgatan 15, 111 53 Stockholm; offices also in London and Athens). In Portugal Europi runs Ecologis, a portfolio of big-box and last-mile logistics assets predominantly in the greater Lisbon area, launched with Bedrock Capital Partners in February 2023, and Liv Lisbon, a strategy aggregating residential apartments in Alcântara.

Europi launched Ecologis with Bedrock Capital Partners in February 2023 as a sustainability-focused logistics platform in Portugal, and in October 2023 the joint venture announced the acquisition of a 7,200 sq m last-mile asset. The company describes Ecologis as strategically located, modern big-box and last-mile logistics assets, predominantly in the greater Lisbon metropolitan area, with upgrades to higher ESG standards such as rooftop solar; in 2025 the platform also expanded to the UK. Its Liv Lisbon strategy acquires, refurbishes and rents out freehold apartments in Alcântara, where Europi says it also controls part of the regeneration process through the development of LX Factory. In late December 2025 Fastighetsvärlden reported that Europi and Incus Capital are investing together on the Iberian peninsula, and Iberian outlets described the tie-up as a joint venture to create an Iberian logistics platform.
