Corridor footprint

Endiprev is a Portuguese company specialising in the commissioning of wind turbines and in medium- and high-voltage electrical work, with project experience across more than 35 countries. Effective June 2024, Danish group Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS) acquired a controlling interest in the business.

The deal brought a Portuguese wind-services specialist under Danish ownership while keeping its local leadership — CEO André Ribeiro and team — invested in the company, an example of Nordic capital consolidating Portuguese renewable-energy expertise rather than replacing it.

Why this matters for the corridor

Endiprev is the Portugal ↔ Scandinavia corridor working in its under-told direction — a Portuguese company embedding itself with Nordic customers and partners rather than simply exporting at arm’s length. It is one data point in the wider story NorthSouth HQ tracks of Portuguese industry winning in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
