Docu Nordic / Hubexo

Construction Data / Software

Docu Nordic, the Swedish construction-data group from Ljusdal, became Byggfakta Group in 2020 through its combination with Lisbon’s Vortal, Olmero, NBS and Glenigan — and was renamed Hubexo in October 2024. Its Portuguese entity, Hubexo Portugal S.A., anchors the group’s Lisbon-built e-procurement business.

Corridor footprint

The group now called Hubexo began as DOCU Nordic of Ljusdal, Sweden. In 2020 it combined with Portugal’s Vortal — the Lisbon-based public and private e-procurement platform — along with Olmero, National Building Specification and Glenigan to form Byggfakta Group, which rebranded as Hubexo in October 2024. The Portuguese leg operates as Hubexo Portugal S.A., listed in the Swedish Embassy and CLS 2026 catalogue of Swedish companies in Portugal.

Vortal remains one of the corridor’s most substantive tech assets: a Portuguese-built platform running tendering for thousands of public buyers, now owned and scaled from a Swedish-origin group.

Why this matters for the corridor

Hubexo is the rare case where a Swedish group’s global product portfolio has a Portuguese platform at its core — Lisbon software running procurement across Iberia and Latin America under a Nordic-origin owner.
