Cyncly opened its European Operating Center in Lisbon in 2025 after evaluating more than 40 European cities. The hub is planned to reach 60 employees in its first year and up to 300 by 2027, housing implementation consulting, customer success, marketing, sales, finance and HR for the European market.
Cyncly’s Lisbon bet is one of the clearest examples of Nordic-heritage SaaS platforms using Portugal as a European scaling hub. For the corridor, it signals that Nordic software groups see Lisbon as a credible alternative to Dublin and Amsterdam for pan-European operations.
