BW Energy is an oil-and-gas exploration and production company founded in 2016 and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (ticker BWE), part of the BW Group. It underlines how Portugal has become a destination for the technical, operational and back-office functions of Nordic energy and shipping groups — talent and cost advantages pulling high-value corporate roles south along the corridor.
