On 31 October 2025 it announced an 80-unit building in central Porto as its first signing in Portugal. A Portuguese company, Bob W Portugal, Unipessoal Lda (NIF 519159632), is registered at Avenida da Liberdade 249 in Lisbon, and the Finnish Bob W Technologies Finland Oy holds Portuguese tax number 980887470.
Bob W describes itself as a tech-powered hospitality operator combining apartment-style stays with hotel-standard service. In a release dated 31 October 2025 in Helsinki, it said it had secured an 80-unit serviced-apartment building in central Porto, its first signing in Portugal, and was negotiating for further sites in Lisbon, Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, Alicante and Barcelona; it already ran several properties in Madrid. In the Portuguese registers, Bob W Portugal, Unipessoal Lda (NIF 519159632) is a single-shareholder company with €1 share capital at Avenida da Liberdade 249, 1.º, 1250-143 Lisboa, registered under CAE 55201 (furnished tourist accommodation). eInforma shows it as less than a year old, with no accounts filed yet. The Finnish company Bob W Technologies Finland Oy is also registered with the Portuguese tax authority under NIF 980887470. The public registry pages do not name the Lda’s shareholder, and Bob W’s location list did not yet show a Portuguese property when checked.
