The Portuguese company was incorporated on 6 January 2017 with share capital of €5,000. Its registered object covers architecture lab activities, architecture and construction services, building design and the supervision and coordination of works, urban planning and landscape architecture, and it has filed annual accounts each year from 2022 to 2025. Since November 2024 the Norwegian business register has also listed it as a subsidiary in the group, care of A-lab AS in Oslo.
